The Blades, should they win the first round replay with Crewe at Bramall Lane next week, will face League Two play-off chasers Plymouth at home.
Barnsley are at home to mid-table Vanarama Conference side Chester City.
Chesterfield have a tough tie at home to League One promotion-chasers MK Dons.
Should they win at Weston Super Mare in the rearranged first round tie, Doncaster Rovers will travel to manager Paul Dickov’s former club Oldham Athletic.
