Leger: Day Two - Ladies Day preview

The going at Doncaster for day two of the 2014 Ladbrokes St Leger Festival’s DFS Ladies Day is Good to Soft, Good in Places.

There was 14 millimetres of rain on Saturday, September 6. It has been dry since and the remainder of the Ladbrokes St Leger Festival is forecast to remain dry.

Roderick Duncan, clerk of the course at Doncaster, said: “We are now Good all over on the straight course with the round course remaining Good to Soft, Good in places.

“Today’s forecast is for sunny periods with some cloud due to come in later today. It should also be cooler than it was yesterday.

“The forecast for Friday and Saturday remains for overcast but dry conditions.”
