It was double cup joy for Crowle United and the reserves as between them they netted 18 times and conceded just the one.
United were up against fellow Division One rivals Barnetby in the Dave Ward Cup, making light work of the hosts with a comfortable 7-0 victory.
The win sees Crowle net a semi-final spot against Scunthorpe & District Division One high-fliers Burton Westlands next month.
Meanwhile, Crowle United Reserves notched their third double-figure score of the season as they thumped Scunthorpe Cosmos 11-1 on home turf at Windsor Park.
The reserves took little time to get the opener as, after seeing several chances whistle past the frame of the goal, Peter Tait rifled home the Keys’ first on 12 minutes.
Skipper Daniel Harrison added another closely followed by two from Matthew Marshall who, but for a scuffed shot, would have been celebrating a two-minute hat-trick.
Goals from Danny Smyth and Callum Brears gave the Keys a comprehensive 6-0 lead at half-time - but they were not done just yet.
Crowle’s leading scorer Aaron Taylor had been creating chances in the first half rather than scoring them but managed to put his name onto Keys’ goal tally five minutes after the restart following a fine finish.
Scunthorpe then made their way into Crowle’s half and scored the goal of the game when one of their players curled a shot around Sam Thirkell from the edge of the penalty area.
But any disappointment at the loss of a clean sheet evaporated shortly following the introduction of substitute Jamie Arrowsmith.
Crowle’s assistant manager, who last played for the club in 2006, scored two goals and had a third cancelled for handball.
Sandwiched between Arrowsmith’s goals was another from Taylor who completed his hat-trick with ten minutes left to play.
The reserves face Brigg Servicemen Reserves in the Geg McGowan Cup semi-final on February 16.
