SOUTH Axholme Academy have dominated the Scunthorpe and District Football tournaments this year, winning three of the five age group titles.
Head of PE John Spouncer told the Bells/Advertiser: “It’s an outstanding achievement for the school and clearly illustrated the depth of talent the school has.”
The year 7’s squad beat Frederick Gough 4-1; the year 9’s beat Winterton 10-0; and the year 10’s beat Frederick Gough 2-1.
